Notice of Planning Advisory Board Open Record Public Hearing

 The City of Langley’s Planning Advisory Board will hold an open record public hearing on Tuesday January 30, 2018 at 5:00 pm at City Hall in Council Chambers to consider public comments on the periodic review and update of the Comprehensive Plan and accompanying development regulations.

 The Comprehensive Plan applies to all areas in the City limits and the Langley Urban Growth Area.  Zoning amendment apply to eight parcels identified in Table No. 1.

 All interested persons may provide verbal and written testimony during the hearing.  Submit written comments to City Hall prior to 4:00 pm on January 29, 2018.

 At the conclusion of the public hearing the Planning Advisory Board will consider the matter and issue a recommendation to the City Council for approval, approval with conditions, or denial of the draft Comprehensive Plan and development regulations.

 You can view the draft Comprehensive Plan at City Hall during regular business hours at 112 Second Street, Langley WA.  It is also available online at langleywa.org; under the Community Planning tab.
