The Mayor's Office is responsible for the executive function of City government. The Mayor works with the Administrative Team (Department Heads, Special Assistant to the Mayor, Community Planner) to oversee the administrative functions of the City. The Mayor presides over Council meetings but votes only in the case of a tie. The Mayor represents the City on various committees and boards affecting regional issues.
