Mayor Larry Kwarsick and wife Carol McNeil
Whether you're already a resident, or just visiting, we appreciate your interest in Langley, our “village by the sea”. This website has been designed to provide information about Langley and its heritage, city services, small businesses, upcoming events, and more. Langley has so many things to offer. Come and see our historic downtown, browse in specialty shops, dine at our many fine restaurants, and tour historic waterfront buildings. We are proud to host many Northwest artists and galleries. Stroll along the waterfront while admiring the Saratoga Passage. If you’re lucky, you may even hear the bell ringing to signal a whale spotting just off shore! Visit the marina and enjoy a picnic lunch, or launch your kayak for a cruise in the calm waters of the harbor. You will quickly see that Langley retains its small-town character while providing a progressive and vibrant community for all ages. As mayor of Langley, I am proud to represent our commitment to excellence! Langley reflects a unique small community with exceptional schools, quiet, friendly neighborhoods, and a growing number of businesses providing jobs and convenient shopping opportunities. Langley has unlimited potential as we enter a new and dramatic era in our development. I look forward to a prosperous future, where numerous initiatives will be set to continue to improve and expand upon our existing programs, services, and opportunities for new business development. I am confident you will find that Langley is a great place to relax, enjoy the beautiful scenery, and take advantage of great shopping and dining opportunities. We look forward to your input and participation in keeping Langley such a valuable resource in the Pacific Northwest. We welcome you as friends and hope your experience of Langley will bring you here often.
